New features of Fragmenter v2023.07

During winter a lot of exciting new features were added but it took some time to polish them so that it is ready for release. Finally here it is. The most interesting new features in 2023.06 version of Fragmenter - animated loop machine:

1. Pan/zoom and move/scale tool.

With the pan/move tool you can pan (left-click) and zoom (right-click) the stage and also move (left-click) and scale (right-click) the projection.

2. Frame-by-frame animation tools made more intuitive.

3. Whiteboard animation made easier. 

The new goto next pen mode allows precise timing of strokes on a paused layer by progressing on the timeline only when drawing. While in many drawings apps you can record your drawing process, here you can go back on the timeline and add multiple strokes that appear parallel in time:

4. Improvising temporary strokes live is made easier.

See the difference between the normal pen mode and the new next+erase pen mode, which erases what was previously on a frame before drawing on it:

5. Rotoscopy made easier. 

Now one can change the opacity of the canvas image. Further, moving between frames using keyboard shortcuts and also pressing SHIFT button (SHIFT+< and SHIFT+>) will load the previous/next image as canvas from the folder where the current canvas image was loaded (ideal for rotoscopy over an image sequence).
